The project concerns the construction of IKEA Outlet Store of 25,135 m2 total covered area at the retail park of Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos”, as well as the surrounding area works (vehicles parking area, utility networks, etc.) in a plot of 52.000 m2 total surface. The structural steel building having a height of 15 m, consists of a ground floor of 16.000 m2 total covered area, a mezzanine section of 8.670 m2 total covered area and a basement of 465 m2 covered area.
