Crude Oil Pipeline from Thessaloniki to Skopje

The project concerns the construction of a 16” underground crude oil steel pipeline (API 5L-X60, design pressure 102 Barg) rated to transport 2.5 million tones per year of various crude oils from HEL.PE.-T.I.C. refinery at Thessaloniki to OKTA refinery at Skopje. Pipeline system includes fifteen (15) remote controlled block valve stations along the route, two (2) pipeline terminals with facilities of pumping (3 main line pumps), flow metering, pressure / flow control, pig launching and receiving, impressed current cathodic protection system, SCADA and control system, telecommunication system, leak detection system and ESD system.
