150 MWe Early Power Plant in Rumaila Oil Field, IRAQ

The Project concerns a 150 MWe Power Plant to be constructed in Rumaila Field, Iraq corresponding to the early phase of power generation for the area.

The Power Plant is a standalone simple cycle facility, comprising 5 heavy industrial type Gas Turbines with fuel gas being piped in from the local degassing stations.

 The Power Plant includes pipelines for the transporta-tion of the gas complete with valve stations, fuel gas conditioning system, step up and step down transform-ers, 132kV GIS switching station and OHTL, flare pack-age, nitrogen package, diesel fuel package, WTP, WWTP, compressed air package, coolers, electric diesel generators, fire protection systems, MV/LV/DC switchboards substations and networks, control panels, PMS, ICSS systems, I&C, buildings and building ser-vices, HVAC, civil infrastructure, etc.

Provided Services

Provision of engineering / design services to the Consortium CSPC-CCC-DANWAY for participation to Tender, including:

  • Basis of design for BOP mechanical systems, pipeline, civil and structural works
  • Plot plan, general arrangement, layout design and drawings for all project,
  • BOQ, RFQ for all mechanical packages, pipeline, civil and structural works
  • Process diagrams and technical documentation for all mechanical systems and building services
  • Design of pipeline routing and civil works
  • Design for electrical and I&C systems
